We were beyond excited to meet the prolific and talented Texas Bluebonnet Award nominated author/illustrator Don Tate when he visited our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade students yesterday! Thanks again to PTA for helping fund special events like our author visit!

When Author/Illustrator Don Tate handed our students his marker & asked them to use their imagination and transform a squiggle or shape, they knocked our socks off! So proud of our creative & talented students! @ElsaEngRRISD #LibrariesRRock pic.twitter.com/QO7yE3u0DB
