At the end of January, we held our sixth annual Bluebonnet Voting Parties!! This year, so many students were eligible to vote that we had seven HUGE voting parties in the library!
A record-breaking 516 students cast their vote digitally, hung out with their friends, ate freshly popped popcorn (with/without m&mβs), enjoyed Bluebonnet-related games, and proudly wore their βI Votedβ sticker the rest of the day. It was a BUSY day, and SO MUCH FUN!!!!
We had a record-breaking Texas Bluebonnet Award program @ElsaEngRRISD this year! WOW… 5,315 books read, 603 participants, 516 students reading 5+ and casting their VOTE, 210 Bluebonnet Breakfast attendees, & 61 students reading ALL 20! #LibrariesRRock #TBABks #readersareleaders pic.twitter.com/4MEjzoBP60
