WOW!!! Look for photos of all of these FUN Bluebonnet events in the coming weeks!!

8 more school days until the Bluebonnet Program ends!!!

3rd, 4th, and 5th Graders! The school year is flying by and we are approaching the end of our Bluebonnet Reading Program for this year!

All quizzes must be taken by Friday, January 23rd at 3:00pm!
That means there are only EIGHT school days left to take a quiz in the library — and remember, you can only take one quiz a day!

I am SO proud of the 109 students eligible to vote so far!  WOW!
There are about 20 students who only have ONE more quiz to pass in order to be eligible to vote! If that is you, make sure to take that last quiz so you can come to the voting party!

KEEP READING, LEOPARDS!!!

Battle of the Bluebonnets 2014

It’s Battle time! This year, students who read at least 15 Bluebonnet Books were invited to join the Campus level Battle of the Bluebonnets on February 26, 2014. The competition was tough! Students used our new SMART Response system devices to submit their answers digitally and we all had a great time showing off our Bluebonnet knowledge.

In the end, we had to have a few tiebreakers, but ultimately selected our team of 5 students that would represent us a few weeks later in the DISTRICT level Battle of the Bluebonnets.

Way to go, Evan, Changbin, Adithi, Cassie & Akshay!
